The Peace of God

Colossians 3:15‬ ‭
“And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.”

THE PRAYER
O God keep my heart from all these dangerous spirits,
The fear that kills faith;
The bitterness that destroys its host
The hatred that imprisons the soul
The malice that ruins opportunities
the envy that shatters hope
The wickedness that blinds the eyes
The unforgiveness that demolishes
The pride that starves the soul
Then Father consume me with thy holy presence, which overrides all; and wash me with love the only antidote that counteracts them all; in Jesus’ name… Amen.
